Houseless Assistance

IF YOUR FAMILY LIVES IN ANY OF THE FOLLOWING SITUATIONS:

 

In a shelter In a car, park, beach, or in an abandoned building. Are you doubled up with other people due to loss of housing or economic hardship? Are you without a regular place to stay at night?

If so, your school-age children may qualify for certain rights and protections under the federal McKinney-Vento Homeless Assistance Act. 

 

Below you will find the form needed in order to determine eligibility. Bring completed forms to the Kauai High School Office.
