Financial Obligations

Any student that has a financial or detention obligation to the school (administrative, athletic, band, library, lunch, school wear, textbook, vandalism, etc.) MUST BE CLEARED IN TOTAL before participating in any school-sponsored activity such as clubs, athletics, etc. A student's school record or transcript MAY BE WITHHELD for non-payment of any financial obligation as well as school discipline.

The Department of Education shall assess and collect a service charge of $25.00 for any dishonored (bad) check in accordance with Chapter 40-35.5 H.R.S.
